Nice thermocouple kit

Nicely made modules. Local seller too - so that's a bonus. Operates on 3V3 as well as 5V0 which is useful to me. The thread on the probe is M6x1. I haven't checked the accuracy - the connectors will generate their own Seebeck voltage etc, so you'd want a calibration step if you need precise measurements. I'd expect it to be within 1C though. The actual thermocouple junction is shielded by the stainless steel encapsulation, and I suspect the stainless severely slows the response time of the probe. Again - no measurement, but something you would need to take into account if the system being measured/controlled has rapid temperature fluctuations - this probe will smooth that quite a lot. The stainless braid on the cable is also of slightly better quality than previous purchases. It is smooth and lacks the prickly stainless 'hairs' that bite... Overall well made and good value
