You are entitled to a full refund or credit as long as the conditions are met below. Conditions: 1a. You must return the book in the exact same condition as it was received with-in 7 working days. 1b. You are responsible for the return postage. We highly recommend that use a postage service with tracking and also insurance. If the parcel goes missing on return, you are responsible for this and automatically cancels our return policy. We must receive the book back in its original condition to issue a refund. 1c. When your book arrives back to us and we confirm you have returned the original book and any damage which was not caused by you, we can refund or credit in full. 1d.
