    Very happy with unit and awsome people to deal with.

    Purchased the Gentrax Invertor Generator 2.5kw, this unit powers the caravan perfectly. I am able to run Ibis 3 Air conditioner, Battery Charger and 184Lt Fridge at the same time and the unit handles the load without overloading. The noise level is satisfactory, it is quieter than other known models I have tested in the 2kw range and under $1000.00. For me this has been a great buy, I can't comment on longevity as i have only used the unit a couple of times. The 12 volt connection is always live as the on /off push button doen't change anything, the measured voltage was 14.8 volts when measured with a volt meter.

    preforms as indicated no problems handling caravan duties. starts 1st or 2nd pull every time.good fuel consumption 8.5 hrs economy mode powering 2 fridges 54hrs use so far happy camper would recommend better access to oil check

    Easy starting sensible controls

    !t has only done four hours so far, but it performs to specifications &starts easily. Maybe slightly nosier than I expected, but it is also a 2.5KW so that is possible justification. So far very happy.

    Seems good value

    Initial comments after only a few days. Hard to start initially, but once primed properly okay. Reasonably heavy especially with fuel - approx 35-40kgs so not something you want to move frequently. Found it was quieter than previous older generator, but if running through the night would not want it close to me.
