A chap took over the computer and said that my Microsoft office 2013 is incompatible with Norton 360 and asked me to buy office 2019 for £99.00 today only. All works very well now The technical support person is absolutely clueless and trying to promote sale of Microsoft office Disgusting technical support from Norton.
