Deceptive seller with disingenuous excuses. Item was listed as "New in box". The processor, heatsink (cooler) and contents of the box were clearly used (as per attached images). Relative to other listings for the same item on eBay, I significantly overpaid for the item. Upon contacting the seller, I was given a rather disappointing excuse as to why the listing was incorrect. In short, we don't inspect items and it is "box-in-box-out". Sought a fair resolution, but seller has been unresponsive.

My wn4500rp wifinexpander review
All is good with this network expander, but the install process needs a bit of improvement. Basically it gives you up front an option to set up 2.4 and 5 ghz networks, but if you try both it fails to connect to your main network. You must select only one (2.4ghz by default) and then add 5ghz. I had to reset it a few time and kept trying once I realised this install deficiency... apart from that it works really well! I like this option of two power plugs connections. Highly recommended!All is good with this network expander, but the install process needs a bit of improvement. Great product, but needs to be setup correctly.
The extender needs to be set-up correctly by connecting to your router with an ethernet cable, open "network & sharing", click on device. Login is "admin", password is "password". Use the setup Wizard. It is a great product if setup correctly.

Solved my WiFi connectivity problems aroung my house
Good and reliable. Have been using for several months now and have had no problems with drop outs or poor Wi Fi connectivity. Paid it's way in avoiding inadvertent additional mobile data costs when phone used to cut across to data when Wi Fi signal would often drop out as I moved around the house.

ONE LED LIGHT DOES NOT WORK BUT APART FROM THAT ITS DECENT. IM ON NBN50 BUT MAX SPEED ON THE WIFI EXTENDER IS ONLY 30MBPS. I WILL PROBABLY GET A DUAL 1200MBPS EXTENDER NEXT TIME
