Only had hose reel one week seems to be a very good buy, works well. Only negative comment if you intend to mount the hose on a brick wall. First throw away the supplied dyna bolts, the head of the dyna bolt appears to be oversized. So after drilling the 1st hole with a 10mm masony drill, found I then had to drill the hole larger which then meant that the supplied dyna bolt would not lock securly in the larger drilled hole. So I proceeded to a local hardware store, purchased four 10mm ramset dyna bolts, glued to 1st dyna bolt in the oversized hole then proceeded to drill the 10mm holes for the remaining ramset dyna bolts. Secured all four replacement dyna bolts and attached hose mount then hose reel, all now works great.

Only trouble was the drill bit at 10mm was too small for dyne bolts provided. Had a lot of trouble attaching unit to the brick wall.
