I have had maybe 1/2 dozen good experiences with this supplement company(vit B, Biotin, etc). This is my first foray into Collagen powder. 70yo. I will stay with it. Odorless and tasteless! I was already dissolving a different powder into 1/2C of warm water so as an experiment I put 1T(8grams) of this into it as well, stirred it a tad and drank it very easily, no residue!, and then chased it with some lemon water since everybody seems to be drinking lots of water with collagen, though not sure why, and taste-wise I didn't need to. Excellent! Super easy. I very much liked it! Bye the bye, I would not expect this or any collagen powder to dissolve in cold water. If I needed a cold drink I would first dissolve the collagen (or any) powder into 1/2C warm water, stir, then add to cold drink. ... Needs to specifically say for use with hot liquides or hot foods.
The powder will not dissolve in anything but hot liquids. It clumps and turns into a sticky rubbery like consistency in any cool liquid. It works great in my coffee or hot tea.

Great for Joint Issues
I have used this product along with some other joint supplements for the last 90 days and it has worked well for strengthening and alleviating pain in my elbows and shoulders. Bovine did not agree with me
Not sure if it is of good quality but my first dose caused me to swell in my hands, and I was unable to urinate! It scared the heck out of me. I am afraid to do another dose. Not sure why this happened to me as so many rave about Bovine collagen! I am very disappointed.
