After studying at Dartmouth College, New Hampshire, and later at Oxford University in England, he became a magazine humorist and cartoonist, and an advertising man. He soon turned his many talents to writing children's books, and his first book - And To Think That I Saw It On Mulberry Street - was published in 1937. Perceptive and powerful
Who would have thought an adult could find such insightful wisdom in the pages of a so called childrens book. Thoroughly enjoyed reading this and am so glad it was recommended to me and i highly recommend it to others. If you are looking for hope and inspiration in a short read, look no further.

My favourite book since I was 11
I just ordered this for my 1.5 year old son and I love it now as much as I did when I was young. It has such a powerful message and some really uplifting quotes. I completely recommend this book to all families.
