The fuser roller and pressure roller arrived well packed and as fast as could be expected from China.I would warn that it took me a good three hours of careful work to replace the damaged fuser. Every screw and plastic baffle plate needs to be identified as you remove it so that it goes back together correctly - and there was a two week interval between finding the problem and getting the replacement. There are excellent instructional videos on You Tube.
