The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!

Great way to keep things out of sight and tidy.
Good quality and versatile cupboard space, I use for garden tools. Relatively easy to assemble only need to watch that the bottom section is the right section ie doors have wider gap at bottom.

Not the best experience but does the job
Positives: they are raised above the ground, don’t rust and are lockable, ample space inside. Negatives: Not the easiest to assemble… the back pieces on both cupboards were extremely difficult, we spent ages hammering them in with a wooden block and hammer on top (so as not to dint the plastic) as they didn’t just slot into the cavities easily and same with the top piece- one side kept popping off when you pushed the other down. Once assembled, the doors don’t stay shut and kept opening by themselves, we initially tied them with some rope then put locks in to keep them in place for longer. Limited ways to change up the shelves and storage options, you basically have no choice but to have only one side shelf free as the shelves are supported by that same plank (we wanted 1 cabinet without ... Easy to assemble. Looks quite good. Doors need a stopper so they don't extend into the unit. A bit on the flimsy side. Overall it does do the job of a storage unit for the price. You do get what you pay for.
