Along with his book, THE POWER OF NOW, this is an excellent product. Serves as a sort of general review of the main book, as well as a compact, briefer introduction for someone who has not yet read the author. Definitely recommend this book for anyone interested in spiritual, metaphysical areas of reading.

Excellent Book, Excellent Format
I decided to buy this book because I am reading the book The Power of Now. This little book paraphrases sections of the main book but also gives you little sections to help you put the teachings into practice. There is nothing I did not like about this book. I like the fact it is small so that I can carry it around and just take it out when I am waiting on line or anywhere that I have time to read. I highly recommend this for anyone reading any Eckhart Tolle's books or who want to just get their feet wet in trying to get a glimpse of what his teachings are about.
