This serum itself isn’t sticky and it goes on smooth close to a lotion texture. I really love the scent of it. I'm not sure exactly how to describe it other than it smells more floral then anything else. You can smell it instantly once you put it on then dissipates after application. Why pay a lot of money for fancy bottles and words. Retin A or retinol serum penetrates the skin and after many years still remains in my opinion the best skin care for wrinkles and other skin concerns. I will keep this on hand, always
