If for any reason you would like to return an item within 30 days of receiving the delivery you should do the following:
Telephone customer services (Dave) on 01377 256321 and inform them that you wish to return the item(s)
In the event of damaged or confirmed faulty goods we shall either arrange for a carrier to collect the items from you and return them to us (at no cost to yourself), or for smaller items we will ask you to post the item back to us. We will refund any reasonable postage costs. Any goods returned to us purportedly as faulty will be checked on return. If they are found NOT to be faulty they will be treated as a normal return and you will be held responsible for return postage or courier charges. PLEASE contact us prior to returning any goods. Minor faults can often be rectified in alternative methods to having to take the time and trouble to return items.
In all other circumstances you shall be responsible for return postage/courier charges
1. Loadsagoodstuff.com cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods so we recommend you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office or Courier.
2. If, for any reason, you aren’t happy with your purchase please let us know within 30 days. We will refund unused item(s) that are received in re-saleable condition. However, you will need to pay for the return carriage. With this in mind, please retain all packaging materials and boxes etc, for a reasonable time, so they can be re-used to return any item in the rare occasion it should become necessary.
If collection of an item is required, we will charge you the cost of collection (up to £100) which will be notified at the time of cancellation.
