“I would grade this banknote as a nice fine or better with all the details being well preserved. The note has several vertical folds, a horizontal fold and general wrinkling. It has minor graffiti in the form of a short ink line to the left of the front within the oval where the watermark is. It has no pinholes and no tears or splits. The edges are intact with minor nicks at the end of the folds. It has a spot in the center, where the central vertical fold meets the horizontal fold, which shows the light through, but we believe it has not fully opened. The note retains some of its original stiffness and crispiness. The colors are vivid and bright. The corners are intact with minimum rounding but considerable creasing and bumping. This is a scarce note which would make a great addition to your collection of Australian banknotes. Please see photo for additional condition information.”
