Return policy details
Returns accepted with notification in the first 7 days of sale. If the item is received back and looks to be damaged or soiled then a refund will not be issued. All items are checked prior to sending. If an item in genuinely unwanted or does not fit, as long as the item damaged then we will issue a refund for the cost of the item (excluding postage). All postage must be covered by the buyer. As with all retailers returns can only be fully accepted if the item is in a saleable condition. Returns are not accepted on SALE items, hosiery, wigs and lingerie. We are unable to accept returns on any Halloween Items after 31st October 2011.
