Very helpful & informative
I bought this book after reading online about the keto diet, wanted to know if it was suitable for me. Many years ago a diet clinic had me eating bacon & cream etc without my understanding of why, as I'd not long had gestational diabetes with my 2nd child (now almost 30yrs old) and too much cream & fats had contributed to the diabetes. I had abandoned the diet clinic diet as a result! But, now, after being better informed by this book, on keto, I will be discussing again with my GP if it's suitable for me at this point in my life.
