Took about an hour to install as half of the supplied bushes and washers don't fit. I needed to use a heat gun to soften both washers to fit the dowell through and grinder to slim down the washers so it would install. If they included a second slim washer that fit the dowel then it would be a 30min install. Otherwise buy some slim nolothane washers from the auto store. If you don't use the gaskets the shifter will rattle or bind up and be stiff to use. Works great once it's installed.
