I purchased a Tokina AF 20-35mm f/3.5-4.5 lens for my SonyA77 camera. The lens that I was supplied with looked brand new obviously it was in excellent condition. I was very impressed and the lens gives very good results. for the reasonable amount that I paid for it. I would recommend this lens as a good buy. The lens is quite portable and can be left on the camera all day, especially if you are on a day trip somewhere. If you are into scenery I recommend you get one of these lenses whilst you can. No cheap plastic construction here - all metal and well made.
I shoot with the A99 and its so nice to be able to buy basically the whole lens system for it for cheap. I started shooting night clubs and sometimes you need the wide angles for group shots. Instead of worrying about the whole 2.8 craze get this, smaller lighter and you'll be shooting at f8 or f11 anyways. Leave the big lenses at home.

I'm giving this product five stars because of the extraordinary value. The images are very sharp, especially in the center, and the lens is a real pleasure to use, for anyone who likes the perspective of a wide-angle.

Good construction, great zoom range and tough like a Pro lens. Sharp images on my Canon 5D.

The lens is not light like the plastic ones. I found that the sweet spot was F8 at approximately 9ft. This seems to give the sharpest depth of field. I would recommend this lens for every, semi-professional and professional.
