NOT TOTALLY HAPPY?
We now have a 30 day return and exchange policy, if you are not 100% satisfied with the product you may return it within 30 days for a refund or credit to purchase something else. The return postage is at the buyers expense and the product MUST be in original new boxed condition complete with everything that was shipped to you. Please notify us first that you wish to return the item so we know to expect it, we will need to email you a form to fill out and send back with the package
If the item is received without the original box or missing instructions, parts ect the return will not be accepted and you will be notified that the item will need to be returned to you at your expense
DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
If the item is damaged or faulty on receipt you must notify us within 48 hours and email pictures of the damage or fault if possible before sending the item back. Please also ask the courier to make a note that you have received the item damaged when you sign for it. In this case we will pay for return postage and replace the item free of charge. Please do not send the item back and ask for a refund on postage as this will not be accepted, we will use our own couriers to return the item to us
You must send photo's of damaged items within 48 hours so we can claim insurance from our couriers
We accept return of goods within 14 days after shipping.
Buyer is responsible to pay all the postage charges to return item(s) unless damaged or faulty.
