No returns are accepted without our prior consent.
Returns of Non-Faulty Items
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or have simply changed your mind, you can return an unused purchase to us within 14 days of the date you received the goods.
All items must reach us in original condition, complete with all parts, instructions, accessories, covers, etc and with any seals, shrink wrap, packaging and labels intact.
We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Returns of Faulty Items
If you have received a faulty item or a different item to the one you ordered, please contact us for assistance, and we will try to help you.
For agreed returns of faulty items, we will reimburse your reasonable return postage upon our receipt of the item. Please obtain a receipt so that we can reimburse you with the correct amount.
We will not reimburse excessive postage charges. By reasonable we mean no more than the standard cost of sending an item back to us via the standard Royal Mail service. You are advised to obtain proof of posting.
