The net definitely works. Got some extra rowdy flies around my area. So far, nothing managed to get in and the wind hasn't torn the mesh down. I attribute that to me pasting two rows of the velcro tape (that comes with it) around the window's perimeter and leaving a lot of leeway for the mesh to flow with. Overall, very satisfied with this and planning on buying more to mesh-up the rest of my windows!

Well, what can I say? The screen consists of a flimsy piece of netting and a very thin strip of velcro. The idea is that you measure your window and cut the and netting and velcro to size taking care not to allow the thin velcro to tangle in the netting. As you might guess, I didn't manage this. Anyway, after sticking the sticky- backed velcro around the window a considerable struggle to get the netting in place followed. I then realised I couldn't open the blessed window because the netting means I couldn't access the catch. In view of the above hassle, I would spend time researching and more money on a better product. Isn't hindsight a wonderful asset?

Shame this did not live up to expectations. Thin velcro comes off the frame when you need to pull off the netting to close the window. The netting is too stretchy so if you cut to size. it then stretches out of shape when you pull to remove it slightly to close the window so it looks messy and goes completely out of shape making it useless. This stretchy type of netting is the wrong type for the job, it should be a stiff type. don't waste your money.

I cleaned all the surfaces around the metal frame of my boat windows, applied the sticky Velcro tape, it stuck for about an hour and then started to peel, it’s ok if you keep pressing it down but it’s annoying, I may try and stick it with an epoxy glue to see if that helps, it’s a shame as it’s great for the price and does keep bugs out.

Cheap netting, which I thought might do the job. Very difficult to cut accurately due to flimsy fabric, and easy to tear. The Velcro that is supposed to hold it in place lifts after a short time, leaving gaps around the netting/window, which defeats the object really doesn't it.
