Nirey KE-3000 Professional Knife Sharpener. There are 2 closed-cell rubber covered wheels, each carrying endless abrasive belts. The left wheel sharpens the left side of the blade and the right wheel, the right side.
Careful use it wrongly and you can easily ruin a good knife. Yes it does put a good edge on a knife but for the money if only used for normal household and recreation use I would suggest learning how to use a stone or the likes.
Takes a little getting used to, definitely sharpens knives quickly once you are practiced. i haven't quite got my pressures right and so far have been cleaning any burrs with a pass or two across a stone.
I previously owned an earlier model Nirey knife sharpener but now that I’m in a commercial kitchen I needed to upgrade. The KE-3000 is easy to use and quick ,, very happy Chef 👩🍳
