I have a top quality professional camera and lens. The Canon EOS Mark III is easy to use in auto and gives me lots of opportunity in manual to get the shot I want. I now use a JPEG and RAW dual setting for all my photos. I haven't tried the video switch yet, but the 1080 hd recording has got to be more fun. One more thing I noticed, it shoots excellent in low light interior locations, where flash is a distraction, like a classroom full of children. Enjoy the photos. David Vance

This was my second professionally owned DSLR, coming from Nikon before, and it blew me out of the water. I only wish that I had charged tons more for my projects from all the quality given. This is definitely great for learning just as well as it is for the professional expanding their line. I know there is the gap between 1D and the 5D level, but I know that 5D Mark III is the top of the line for it's category under $10k. I came from the Nikon family, so I was very satisfied in the operation and image quality. It's battery lifespan, flexibility of operation, durability, and overall ease of use for attachments and setting up for different sorts of jobs. I guess for con, it would just be against those wishing to get more work from the canon brand, just by the name. You have to promote a more quality service, if you will get the sort of scale that this camera can run. So that's just being industrious and business savvy, no fault of the camera. I'd recommend getting a new one for professionals seeing your warranty and knowledge of how to make it's value count quickly. For beginners, I'd recommend getting a quality used camera, to afford the time you will spend learning it, which can make a few bucks as you sure up your skills.Read full review
This camera is still one of the best and takes extravagant photos. Easy to use, rugged, just flat out fantastic.

What a great kit. The 24-70 f/2.8 usually receives more praise, but with the incredible low-light capabilities of the mkiii, f4 is usually fine. Also, the IS system is amazing. I was able to take clear waterfall photos, handheld, at 1/6s. The autofocus system is worlds better than the already good system in the 7d. Video is another aspect too that has improved. The enhancements are minimal, but welcomed.
Thank you it arrived before the set date and the camera with Miscellaneous they are in a excellent contains that is awesome, though I’m still wondering if you ever clean the camera professionally? Other then that question everything else it’s great!

It is my second camera, my previous one was a T4i. I won't provide a professional review. If you need one, there are many of those in other websites. As an amateur, this camera provides many of the best features that I could imagine. The full-frame and ISO features are the base to open a new world of alternatives.

Outstanding product! Don't really use the EF 24-105mm lens. But the overall quality made it another successful photo shoot! The larger ISO sensors made low light along w/2.8 ef-L Lenses shooting a pleasure to work with. The improved speed makes capturing those sporting events even better!! JUST BEYOND HAPPY with this product!!
