Quite simply, I found these zappers do not kill any insects. For whatever reason, even with trying multiple new batteries, flies, small moths and mozzies just fly thru the mesh or hit the mesh and fly away unharmed. I have previously purchased one similar to these and it still works perfectly well, that is why I thought I would get another couple to put in our caravan and one for our daughter. Unfortunately these ones are not the same and do not work. Very disappointed. These ones are going into the rubbish bin !
