Works very well I tend too always put a lot of tenderizer in any meat I cook. I put as much in as I usually have in the past and rubbed it in, I let it set for about 30-45 minutes ended up being some of the most tender meat I ever had. Of coarse I cross cut/stab my meat tho so that tends too help out but with out a doubt. This is most definetly some of the best I ever used most have a flavor this does not and the longer you let it set , the better it works definetly recommend. Also definetly recommend letting it set for about 30mins prior too cooking for very tender meat :)
