Love St Tropez self tanning mouse !
I love St Tropez self tanning mousse, it takes a bit of practice to get it on evenly but so well worth it! The only minor thing I'm displeased with is there was no mitt included for applying the mousse. I used latex gloves instead which may have contributed to me applying it unevenly the first couple of times. I've searched the local salons where I live and those places don't carry those mitts. I'm sure I read a mitt was to come with the mousse, for that I gave 4 stars instead of five!

I read online that if the mousse is exposed to high heat, it will break down the red dye, leaving the guide color green. So, I haven't left the house before rinsing off the guide color. I have tried it several times leaving it on longer and longer, four hours, eight hours, and 12 hours, while increasing the amount I use. I'm pretty fair, so it's noticable when I use too much. I started out not using too much, but at my third time using it, I used a lot, eight pumps per leg, three pumps per arm, because I thought I wasn't using enough. Not the case. I washed the guide color off 12 hours later and it looked like nothing. I was even still green when I went to shower. I waiting to see if the color developed overnight, nope. For the price, this would have been an amazing deal if it worked, but this bottle was a dud.Read full review

Hands down the best sunless tanner
I have extremely fair skin and needless to say I have tried many types of self tanning products and this is by far my favorite. It’s easy to apply and the end results do not appear orange or unnatural. I use this product all year long and love the overall glow. You can see the color as you apply it which is a plus. I have no problems using it on my face .

Was hoping for better results
First application seemed to work great. Color lasted for about a week. All other applications last like one day and the color rubs off on clothing. Application mitt ripped 3rd time using it. I've watched all sorts of videos how to apply self tanner thinking it was user error. Not the case. Disappointed, as I heard great things about this product.

I love this product. It's the best self tanner I've ever used. I always worry about being orange or streaky and whenever I use it, I get compliments. People think I've been using a tanning bed. I should have known that the deal was too good to be true though because it was not sealed. I'm not sure if it's really new. Great product, but false description. You get what you pay for though and I bought it at a steal of a price.

My favorite self tanning product of all time
Much more forgiving than it's other self tanning mouse. Dries faster, less drastic but you can build up more color as desired. Love this option, easy and almost fail proof. Exfoliation is a must! Doesn't require any particular product, however they do sell it. Haven't used on my face but I wouldn't try as they make a specific product for that.

My go-to, and it’s SUPPOSED TO BE GREEN!
I got hooked on this years ago when I worked for Sephora, haven’t found anything better yet. After reading some reviews, I feel compelled to touch on the color - which IS supposed to have a green tint, unbeknownst to some of our opinionated reviewers on here. The green is what makes this one so good: the green is there to counteract any potential orange tones, and that’s exactly what it does. That’s why everyone thinks this one looks so natural! You will not be green when you wash it off. (So if you buy one that looks brown - it might not be genuine st tropez, this happened to me recently)That being said, this isn’t a product you want to put on and wear into public - I look like a dirty hobo during processing, so I do this at night and shower when I wake up. It will get on your clothes, but washes out. Sunless tanners aren’t magic, they take a certain amount of practice and talent to pull off a foolproof application. If it helps anyone - I use a mitt, a foundation brush (hairline, hands and feet) and a dry washcloth (dry rub tough areas and edges of hands/fingers/feet to blend). I shower, then lotion hands, feet, elbows and knees prior to application, and I wash my hands 1 hour after even if I leave the rest on for 8 hours. This mousse is very forgiving; as long as you don’t completely miss a spot, it won’t get streaky.Read full review

Nice even tan!
I have a fair complexion, but I tan easily when I'm in the sun. So I assume I have more yellow tones in my skin than red. With that said, this sunless tanner turns me about two shades darker when I apply one even coat. It lasts for up to 5 days, so not too bad. I have used it twice now on my face, arms chest and upper back (where I'm not usually covered by clothing), and I still have a lot left in this small bottle. I do not see any streaking either. So that's a bonus. My tan looks natural, and not at all orange. I apply it using a microfiber towel so I can avoid staining my hands. I also follow the directions thoroughly so I can get the most benefit from it. If you have a mitt to use, that may be better, but a microfiber towel seems to be a good alternative!

Great product, fantastic color and it looks really natural. Goes on rather dark so you can see where you've applied product and this reduces streaking and missing spots!! It has a slight scent that isn't bad and fades quickly. I like that the color seems to be a little more red rather than so bronze as that makes it looks more natural (for my skin coloring.)
