One for the Jane Austen fans amongst us.
As always a great British production with good casting. I have never seen this version until now but it came recommended by a friend. I think the characters are much more realistic than my previous production favourite with Emma Thompson- which I still love. The scenery is wonderful so if you like historical films and Jane Austen you will probably like this.

I love this adaptation of Sense and Sensibility - the the plot moves quickly but does not encroach on in-depth exploration of the characters and their intertwined lives. Would recommend for a relaxing rainy afternoon in!
