The plastic seems durable and quality and the figure is a good size and fairly screen accurate. The two robot modes, Long Arm and Shockwave look pretty good and have decent articulation, but he is kind of odd to balance to his lanky legs as Shockwave. The weapon is cool, although a little heave for the figure. The alternate modes are a bit of a joke like most "H-tank" designs, but it's definitely passable. In my opinion, the Takara Tomy version has it better with color, being the traditional purple, but I can't complain too much about the grey on the Hasbro toy. Also, it must be noted that the transformation is rather simple but smaller kids may need help to avoid breaking it.

Very clever robot to robot transformation. Yeah, the vehicle modes aren't great but the robot modes engineering is where this figure really shines in my opinion.

The item was very, well packaged, having two layers of bubble wrap, and the box had little space for movement.

Its animated design makes it look simple while the transforming mechanics keep things interesting.
