Physio traction belt
This belt has improved my quality of life greatly. Prior to owning one of these belts I was unable to be pain free unless I did absolutly nothing. It took me in excess of 10 months to renovate our bathroom - most of that time I was in bed in recovery mode. I'm on my 3rd belt as the rubber in the air tubing can rot within a few weeks if sweat soaked. You need to know how and when to use it, as after a few months I found my back had become much stronger. I found if I had acid reflux or other stomach upsets, it was best to minimise it's use - trial and error as everyone is different. In cool weather I also use a heat belt and several other standard support belts to suit my need at the time. In the lower half of my back I have multiple tears in all disks except 1. I have several othe health issues to complicate matters. This belt is a great tool if you can learn to understand any other issues you have and how everything behaves under various conditions, I would never be without my dr physio belt - I have 2 spares, that's how important it is to me.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good support not much 'traction'.
Good quality product. My lumbar feels supported and the pump works well to adjust to your liking. I didn't feel much 'traction' as such but for those with crippling back pain this is a small price to try. It works....but its no Dr Ho belt
It is NOT a Dr Ho belt and it is NOT Dr Ho quality however it works and is cheaper so make up your own mind. I'm not sorry I bought it though as it does relieve my back pain, I just don't think its as easy to use or as long lasting as the original Dr Ho belt.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great product and price.
I have a number of back braces but this is the first one that I can not only adjust the width of but the tension by blowing in up with the pump. It offers great support and it helps with my aching back. I love that it's got the extension extra piece that comes with it and that it's easy to inflate. Just clip it on and away it goes. To deflate it, attach the pump clip and it lets the air out. I'm not sure how long that the inner tubes will last though that's the only thing. The pump is very simple to attach. I would recommend this product to anyone who requires extra back support or has pain.

It works
I have a dolging disc upper/ mid spine and purchased this because i tried everything else already. I felt relief after eearing it the first time for just 20 minutes. Lumbar spinal brace
I have the common, slightly compressed lower disc issue from years of lifting and carrying things I probably shouldn’t have! A very effective product for long term lower back pain.
