Good Way to get Your Omega 3's
My husband is the one who studies all the vitamin articles and reads the ingredients on everything. I can tell you that there is one mail order brand he usually ends up with so if he switched to these for Omega 3's, they either had more in each dose , they had a better form of Omega 3 or both. I a, sorry he did not write the review as he would have had more details to offer but I don't know when I will get hold of him with his work schedule.
