Bought from Epson online. First came to me wrong colors in the tanks, and broken parts. Second OK for few months then black ink blobs, dark banding, many nozzle cleans does nothing to help then maintenance box fills fast, Epson sends third and it has a lose spring inside so is unusable and am waiting now 6 days but no help. Epson has these types of problems with out models as well so Epson quality is no more. I could add many photos showing issue but only allowed 6. Do your research on the printer you want because it might save you aggravation. When the printer did work it was good but 25-30 % of the time picture was a throw away. Replacing the maintenance box about every 400 pages because so much time doing nozzle cleans trying to get a good print. In all the searching it is always the black ink that is the problem. So Epson has something wrong with the black nozzle or the black ink's chemistry is bad because the other colors have not been a problem.Read full review
