As good as my $2400. one was!
I had two Siemens BTE hearing aids with four channels, a little remote for it - they were quite nice and had three microphones. I've had them for 6 years and they just finally gave out. I can't afford almost $5,000 for two new ones so I saw these on Ebay and thought "what the heck" - they are so cheap, I'll try them, if I don't like them, I will send them back. I was extremely surprised to find they were actually smaller than my old ones and I could hear just as well with them. Now my experience might be different than yours because I used my old ear molds with these new aids - but I couldn't be happier with them. Delivery was quick too. I would highly recommend these. My husband also bought them. He has Kirkland hearing aids and they've given him nothing but trouble - more in the repair shop than out. He loves these too.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Too big
Big (about double the size of most behind the ears) and uncomfortable (the ear domes), but it does work well in amplifying sound. I only used it a few times and ended up losing it as it is uncomfortable ...
