Great quality product but Ubiquiti lacks customisations in the software.
The good: The item is amazing build quality and has very good video, object detection and it just works. The bad: the issues i found were mainly with the ubiquiti unifi software. there isnt a snooze on alerts or a separate chime for the doorbell when someone pushes the button which will make the same alert sound as the notifications for the cameras on the phone app. in only runs on 12v so no POE which would of been a good feature.
