Previous versions of this camera I purchased have been great, with this one it has a reverse Camera feature fitted which does not work. I know what is wrong but getting the help desk people to understand appears to be very hard. I am being put through the wringer obtaining assistance. I have fitted one to another car with no problems and in fact have just received a third one for someone else which I will fit next week. However I think I will look somewhere else for any more I do as support is important to me. Shame as XCody have been a good product for me up till now I have even sent them a video at their insistence even though I could not understand what they would gain from that. Its a pity I have to review this like this.

I bought this dashcam because all of the bold claims, it would be a fantastic camera, if it was a 2003 webcam used for MSN, the picture quality can only be described as potato, has very limited functionality and even has spelling errors such as "Shotting down in 10 seconds" save your money, go buy a decent one
