This is a great kit for temporary use of an ipad. I wanted my application to be more of a permanent option in my vehicle, so i needed something a little more than magnets to hold it on. To answer the questions i had about this product, there is not a notch cut out for an aux cord. However, if you order a low profile aux with a 90 degree bend on both sides, you can use a razor blade to create a notch in the plastic. Also, you can hide the charging wire behind the door, and there is a notch on the bottom of frame for the cord to run to a 12 outlet. Overall a good item, but it should be closer to the 60-70 dollar price range.
