This is the 3rd time i've ordered one of these AC1300 pci-e adapters. They are well made, with great cooling for high usage over your network transferring or streaming large files is 4K. I't price point sits in a good place and will defiantly buy another if I create another build.
its not 1300 speed as you can not connect both 2.4 and 5 GHz bands at the same time 2.4 is 400 and the 5 is 850
the 5g only runs on my setup at around 170meg and thats at a ditance of 10 meters line of sight through a window but the 2.4 gives me the full 400
apart from that it has solid connection never drops out good software but easier to just let windows handed it so just install the driver
definitely not worth the money as i really now only use the 2.4 side as it is the fastest and no different than my old $25 2.4 wifi card
Very easy to install, I just swapped it out with my existing D-Link. Great product, as fast (the card can go much faster) as my ISP serves up in Australia. Very happy with the performance from a programmers point of view for personal (think gaming) and business use.
Very fast internet connection (granted I have NBN100) At least it uses my internet connection to it full potential (rivals ethernet connection easily) and from the other side of the house.
