Shun 6 inch preparation knife.
Good product, does the job. A very nimble knife for its size, good for a person who has a small to medium hand size. If you have a large hand, then the handle would be too small for you.. The knife is used for general preparation. Like all Japanese knives, care and respect should be exercised towards the knife. Don't push the knife beyond its limit.
