It's a great product and the associated synapse software is easy to use. It would have helped if there was a quick start guide to tell me that I had to download the software, and which software to use. As it is, it is on the inside of the front cover and not at all obvious. The back light is really good for my old eyes, I had a 20 year old IBM keyboard with worn keys so I couldn't differentiate IOU keys! I wanted something with media control and this does the job. The action is firm, and the rake is adequate on full extension of the rear lifts.
