Good camera but very poor battery life
This camera produces great photos in the daytime, average photos at night but that's to be expected. Easy to set up. But the battery life is very poor. It is stated that you get a one year battery life (well, you probably would if you didn't turn it on!) But l only used it on 3 occasions, taking about 30 photos and 10 five second videos, and my batteries were flat. So, at 8 AA size batteries at a time, l reckon this camera is either going to cost me a fortune in batteries, or it will end up in the bottom drawer. I might have to look into a power adapter and a very long extension lead to make this camera viable in the future.

Night vision doesn’t work at all. Don’t buy of requiring for night time. I have several cameras so know how to use them correctly.
Conflicting description. Says it’ll detect up to 80m, then in data breakdown says only 25m. First and only time I’ve used this the night vision doesn’t work AT ALL. The only reason I bought this. Completely useless before sun up or after last light. Have stuffed around with every setting even on most sensitive trigger settings, wont work. 20mp is a huge stretch too, very unclear pics in daylight. I have little acorn cameras and some other more expensive brands and tried this to just see- so I know very well how to use all of the settings and use these correctly. Waste of time and money.

Outstanding Trail Camera
This item works really well. The image quality and video quality are both decent and detailed enough for most uses. I had to return mine because I was using it for security and needed higher detail to read license plates and to see facial features from a decent distance. If you're going to use this as a trail cam in the woods it'll work great it has a great field of you throws IR light for a good distance it'll work for what you need it

Don't waste your money
Camera worked great for the first week or so then the sound of the video stopped then the video stopped working all together, the quality of the photos went downhill, i was emailed a system update which didn't help at all. I have another camera that I paid half the price for that works 100% better than this one.

It's a fantastic tool if you want to observe wildlife.
It's a fantastic tool if you want to observe wildlife, or anything you want to keep an eye on. The set-up is SO straight-forward, it takes minutes. I'm very pleased with effect of photos. It's really 1080p.The photos from my garden. I don't know if it's the absolute best one, but I think it's good value for money!
