Newborn
Soothers can be an excellent source of comfort to newborn babies, who often like to suckle themselves to sleep. Whether your baby is breastfed or bottle fed, you may find a dummy or soother helps in settling them when upset or overtired. Shop for a dummy aged 0 to 3 months for the right size for tiny mouths, and always sterilise before use.
3-6 and 6-12 months
Available in different sizes for a comfortable fit as your baby grows, you can choose from a wide range of brands and colours to suit. From silicone to latex, all soothers and dummies can be easily sterilised along with bottles or cups in between uses.
Dummy or soother clips
If there's one things babies aren't great at, it's keeping hold of their soother between uses. To ensure safe use, remove the ribbon and clip from your child once they are asleep. Supervise them whilst wearing.
