Came and work as expected except for bad Samsung factory anchors.
Only way to see what's on USB is you have to plug and unplug it. Once plug in, next time you turn it on, you cannot see it's folder like a traditional USB connection like other Samsung. This frame TV doesn't seem to have an easy feature to access your USB folder. Ebay seller worked out well. Product shipped and received as expected. Just plug it in. Time will tell how well it performs or last. Shipper did not have a second outter box. Shipped in original factory box and hope no damage was done. Don't use wall anchor shipped by Samsung. They were worthless and did not grip the sheetrock. It gave away and reamed out a bigger whole (damaging the sheet rock). Went down to Ace hardware store and lucklify found a better plastic anchor and didn't have to patch my sheetrock as I was on a tight spot and could not easily relocate to avoid existing anchor point. Shame on Samsung for shipping such lousy anchor with their screw kit. Screw kit was needed as it took a special flat head screw that one must use with their brackets. In the scheme of things, poor choice of Samsung to ship with such bad anchors. It only cost me $1.60 for the replacment anchors which worked and averted a potential huge mishap.
