Interesting product. Easy to use a bit harder to clean. Sure saves me the trips to have the specialist sucking out the wax. Should suit the wider population but like anything medical one needs to be gentle and have to have a good sense of feeling and if any doubt seek proper medical attention. I use additionally a round paperclip but this is only for experienced. This product should remove a great part of the wax and it is soft and pain free to use. If you feel any pain see a doctor. Doctors probably hat this as it sure will take some of their work away.

Maybe it was out ears I'm it sure but I thought it would collect more wax h however I tried it in my ears my partners which are relatively clean an looked after then I tried it in my Dads whom I bought it for an his ears get really gunkie but it didn't pull out much at all I kind of expected to get chunks of wax will try again in few days see if situation is different worth a try for the price rather inexpensive really fast postage too.

The tip is too soft and it folds before it gets inside the ear, unless my ear canal is overly curved and everyone else's is straight. It doesn't seem to clean that much. I wouldn't call it a replacement for cotton tips and I think I kinda wasted my money.

The edges are sharp and will scratch the inside of your ear. I've had a similar product before and this is just cheap and nasty. It's also really quite thin, I have small/medium ear canals and this is small on me.

the cleaning tip is very soft and merely corkscrews itself more tightly as you try to get it in your ear. Either my ears were pristine already, or this doesn't work so well. Perhaps firmer tips/refills would do the job.
