It does what it is supposed to do. I almost never use the normal head which comes with the stick vacuum cleaner. I currently own three of these power heads- got the new one for the future. I keep a minimum of two because I find the head itself, when washed, declogged and sanitised, take a few days to dry. (Okay, so I could not find my second one so bought a new head and when that arrived I put it away where I could easily find it....right next to the second head!!-a male thing!!).

This is good for hard floors, especially the bathrooms because hair does not get stuck in the roller. On carpet it’s hard to use and swivels all over the place as though it has a mind of its own. Overall I am happy not to have to get to the roller with scissors to remove hair and threads.
