It looks like a genuine part. I think it is Australian made. It slid onto the shaft a small way which was enough to start the bolt so it could be pulled in by the bolt as a friction fit. Time will tell if the quality matches my visual evaluation, but I expect no problems. A minor point, it would have been handy if it had threaded holes provided, to accept a Harmonic Balancer Puller (Like Ford's older design). I know the genuine part does not have these. Luckily I managed to remove the old Harmonic Balancer with D Shackles fitted to the inner disc spokes. Ford would have us buy a dedicated puller at a cost of hundreds of dollars.
