Best knife on the market
I have several other Global Sai knives & am extremely happy with them. This one I bought is the same a really great knife. They are an extremely well balanced knife even my teenaged grandaughter who is learning to cook reckons they are the best knife ever she would like to take home & use as they are much better than her Mum's. Global Sai knives keep their edge alot better than a Euopean knife. I have never been able to buy a full set so I have bought as I could afford. Now that I have a few I am after a good block to put them in.
