They are comfortable and provide great value for money. I'm sure that sound engineers would find sound quality issues but for me they have not missed a beat and they work perfectly for what i need.
I have had a lot of issue in the past with Bluetooth headsets dropping out so it's nice having a reliable wireless receiver headset that seamlessly works across a lot of devices.
The sound is well balanced - not too bassy or scratchy. Good idea with hiding the mic. Not wrapped with the flexible 'bow' but it's not a problem. I would recommend it!
