EBC HPSR Brake, fixed version. MADE IN UK. Development goal is to improve braking performance compared to the original brake disc. EBC used HPSR steel with low carbon content, which has an 18% higher coefficient of friction. This steel is much more resistant to rust than cast steel. In addition, the entire surface with a 3 micron thick galvanization is protected, the same abrades already in deceleration in the contact area of the pads. Only in this area, the surface rust light can form after prolonged use. The brake discs are drilled in the bird wing design, in order to get along with as little holes as possible with the optimum cleaning of the brake disc of rainwater and brake dust.
