Lightweight plastic BPA free beaker which is not glass
I was expecting the press to be made of glass, as the description says "Made from high-quality chrome-plated steel and heat-resistant glass". I was expecting it to be made of glass, but it is made out of a BPA free plastic. My preference was for glass. Bodum is a good brand, but I did not know that they made coffee presses out of plastic too. It is fine , but I think it needs to be highlighted. On the box (photo attached), it says Durable Beaker and Durable BPA free.
