This book is so cool. It contains a different "position" for each day of the year. With each postiion comes an illustration and tells you how much calories the guy and girl will burn, along with what "equipment" may be necessary (chair, bed, etc). It also has checkboxes where you can rate the position (including "whoa!") and a place for your own personal notations. Sort of like a sex diary! It's great for those couples who want to try new things or need to spice it up. Also fun to read your old comments a few years down the road - or maybe when you're 80 if you're lucky enough to be with someone that long. I think this would make a really cute bachlorette gift!
It's a very funny book.....not meant to be a real guide....It will be great for a gag gift. :) I liked the book and would recommend it for anyone that's looking for a gag gift for a friend or relative..We received it as a gift for our wedding, and it was very amusing to go through. Be advised that some of the "positions" are meant for multiple couple or same-gendered couples and will offend those who have a bad sense of humor, but those who are very open-minded in their humor will enjoy the book.

I purchased this book as a Christmas gift to my boyfriend, and it has made its way from his room to his college apartment's coffee table, where it gets tons of attention, laughs and instigates very interesting conversation.
