Excerpt from A Memorial of William Gaston From the City of Boston Ordered, That the Clerk of Committees, under the direction of the Committee on Printing, be hereby instructed to prepare and print fifteen hundred copies of a memorial volume, bound in cloth covers, containing a full account of the exercises in connection with the public oration on William Gaston, delivered at the Dudley-street Opera House, on Wednesday, June 13, 1804, the expense attending the same to be charged to the appropriation for Printing Department. Passed. Sent down for concurrence, June 28. Came up concurred. The foregoing order was presented to the Mayor, June 30, 1894, and was t returned by him within ten days thereafter. A true copy.
